Returns & Refunds
At Ellou Collection, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items for a refund to your original payment method.
Return Timeframe
To qualify for a refund, your item must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery. Items returned after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
• Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition.
• Original tags and packaging must be attached.
• Items returned without original tags or packaging will not qualify for a refund.
Sale items, gift cards, special order merchandise, and items without original tags are final sale and cannot be refunded.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
1. Email hello@shopellou.com with your order number.
2. Pack your item securely with original packaging and tags.
3. Ship the package to the address provided by customer service.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
• We will process your refund within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card issuer to reflect the credit.
Original shipping charges are non‑refundable.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive defective merchandise or an incorrect item:
• Contact us immediately upon receipt.
• Once we verify the issue, we will assist with replacement or refund at no additional cost.
