Shipping Policy

Ellou Collection Shipping Policy

At Ellou Collection, many of our pieces are offered through a presale model, but we also offer select on-hand merchandise that ships quickly. Please review our shipping process below before placing your order.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • After your order is placed, it is processed and fulfilled through our manufacturing and fulfillment partners.

  • These items typically require approximately 2–3 weeks for processing before they are ready to ship.

  • Processing times may vary during holidays or high-volume periods.

 

Shipping Time

  • Once your order has been processed and prepared for shipment, it will be shipped directly to you.

  • Orders are typically shipped within 2–4 business days after fulfillment is complete.

  • Standard U.S. delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and carrier transit times.

Order Updates
    •    You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout.
    •    A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to stay on schedule, timelines are estimates and delays may occur due to:
    •    Supplier or production issues
    •    Carrier delays
    •    Holidays or unforeseen circumstances

We will communicate any significant delays as soon as possible.

Incorrect Address Policy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. Ellou Collection is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses entered during checkout. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed—changes may or may not be possible depending on order status.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once an order is shipped, the carrier is responsible for delivery. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, reach out to us so we can guide you through submitting a carrier claim.
